At Hampton House we do not have commissioned sales people. We want our staff to be relaxed so that you can be relaxed when you visit us.
You can not have furniture you will enjoy for years to come based on impulsive buying decisions. We know you need time to consider the style, size and colour to know if it will fit with your decorating plans.
If you need assistance with your planning, our staff attend weekly product training sessions, so they can be up to date on the features of our products.
So if you come in and want to be left alone to browse the store we will be sure to give you lots of time to do that. However, if you should need help be sure to let us know. We all enjoy working with our customers so you will be able to make a fully informed decision on your furniture purchase.
